Step 1: Consultation
Before receiving treatment with Dr Refresh, we ask that our patients come in for a consultation to meet with Dr Gupta, our specialist medical and cosmetic dermatologist, or her associate dermatologists. At this consultation in Ultimo, we want to hear from you and learn more about your concerns. We take this time to develop a treatment plan and determine if volume loss treatment will help you accomplish your goals.
Step 2: Treatment
We will administer the treatment at a follow-up visit. Once we identify the areas for treatment, we will apply a topical anesthetic to alleviate any discomfort and proceed with the treatment. Usually, your appointment can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
Step 3: Follow-Up
You’ll notice an improvement in the treatment areas right after your appointment, but full results will continue to develop with time. You might have some mild swelling, but any side effects should subside within a few days!
