Step 1: Consultation
Before receiving treatment at Dr Refresh, we ask that our patients come in for a consultation to meet with Dr Ritu Gupta or her associate dermatologists, who are specialist medical and cosmetic dermatologists, or one of her nurses and therapists. At this consultation, we want to hear from you and learn more about your concerns. We take this time to develop a treatment plan and determine if our double chin treatment will help you achieve your cosmetic goals.
Step 2: Treatment
At your double chin treatment in Ultimo, our clinicians lay down lines of ultrasound energy in the treatment area for 45 minutes to an hour. We deliver high-intensity focused ultrasound at varying depths to destroy fat cells and stimulate collagen production, simultaneously lifting and sculpting the chin, and other areas that are treated.
Step 3: Follow-Up
Usually, you can experience a double chin reduction in just one to two treatments. The results will develop over the course of several months. Some patients choose to return after one year for a follow-up treatment, though many achieve their desired results permanently!
