What are your hours?
Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Thursday until 7 p.m. and every second Saturday.

Do you offer any memberships, events, or promotions?
Yes! We frequently hold events and promotions throughout the year, and we have memberships for our patients. Check back regularly to see what our current promotions are!

Is the initial consultation complimentary?
No, our initial consultations are not complimentary. We charge $320 to see Dr Ritu Gupta or her associate dermatologists. If you choose to visit with a nurse or skin therapist, we charge $100, but it is rebatable against services or skin care purchased on the same day.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You can find out which treatments may be suitable for you by using our treatment planning tool and by booking an initial consultation to meet with one of our expert providers.

What kind of services do you offer?
Our services range from medical and cosmetic dermatology to body toning and intimate wellness. While we provide cosmetic dermatology, we also have expanded our services so patients can access all their aesthetic needs at one office!

What if I have concerns about skin cancer or other medical conditions?

How are Dr Refresh and Platinum Dermatology related?
Dr Ritu Gupta opened Dr Refresh next door to Platinum Dermatology after working at Platinum Dermatology for many years. She continues to work at both locations, but Dr Refresh focuses on cosmetic dermatology, while Platinum Dermatology focuses on the medical side.
